Werksan's Guarantees and Return Policy

Werksan USA Warranty

  • Werksan Barbells warrants that Werksan products known as training and competition bars for weightlifting shall be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for ten(10) years from the date of delivery to end user. For purposes of this limited warranty, the 10-year warranty coverage could, and will end at that time prior to 10 years if the applicable product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects of workmanship or material. Limited warranty does NOT cover a bar’s finish/coating
  • Werksan Barbells warrants that all other Werksan bars; LionFit and junior bars shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one(5) years from the date of delivery to end user. For purposes of this limited warranty, the 5 year warranty coverage could, and will end at any time prior to 5 year if the applicable product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.
  • Werksan Barbells warrants that all Werksan’s bumper plates shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (5)years from the date of delivery to purchaser. For purposes of this limited warranty, the 5 year warranty coverage could, and will end at any time prior to 5 years if the applicable product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Certain items may require a signature upon delivery.  If customers are unable to accept delivery after multiple attempts and the item(s) are subsequently returned to sender (Werksan Barbells), the customer shall be responsible for shipping on those returned items.
  • Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of order placement.  Orders canceled outside of this period – including orders canceled after processing or shipment – may be subject to return shipping fees or restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
